黑酵母培養液由黑酵母菌 ( Aureobasidium Pullulans ) 提煉，再配合含有豐富礦物的水、蔗糖、米糠及維他命等研製而成。而在加熱殺菌的製造過程中，一切破壞自然平衡、精製及抽取等化學程序一概不採用。
黑酵母培養液會自行製造一層天然的凝膠，將大量的 β-Glucan 溶化其中，當中以功能性最高的β1,3-1,6 Glucan為主要成份，而且半凝膠狀比粉末及固狀物質更容易被身體吸收。
